Soraka calls upon the stars to strike all nearby enemies for 60/85/110/135/160 (+40% AP) magic damage and reduce their Magic Resist by 8/9/10/11/12 for 5 seconds, stacking up to 10 times.

Restores 70/140/210/280/350 (+45% AP) Health, and temporarily grants 25/45/65/85/105 Armor to an ally for 3 seconds.

Target an allied champion to restore 40/80/120/160/200 Mana (cannot be cast on self). Target an enemy to deal 50/100/150/200/250 (+60% AP) magic damage and Silence them for 1.5/1.75/2/2.25/2.5 seconds.

Calls upon divine powers to instantly restore 200/320/440 (+70% AP) Health to all allied Champions.
