Abilities
Ryze's abilities reduce the cooldown of all other abilities.
Passive: Ryze permanently gains 2/4/6/8/10% Cooldown Reduction. Active: Ryze unleashes an orb of energy, dealing 60/85/110/135/160 (+40% AP) (+6.5% AP) magic damage to his target.
Ryze magically imprisons an enemy, rooting them for 0.75/1/1.25/1.5/1.75 seconds and dealing 60/95/130/165/200 (+60% AP) (+4.5% AP) magic damage.
Ryze fires a chaotic bolt of magic that can bounce between enemies or himself up to 5 times, dealing 50/70/90/110/130 (+35% AP) (+1% AP) magic damage to enemies and reducing their Magic Resist by 12/15/18/21/24.
Ryze temporary harnesses his full powers, gaining 50% area of effect damage on all abilities, 15/20/25% Spell Vamp, and 60/70/80 Move Speed for 5/6/7 seconds.
